Success: a prepaid customer photographs a real voucher, sees days-of-light, and pays JPS the way they already pay — not through us.
Days 1–21
- Maintain v1 tariff snapshot from current public JPS/OUR documents (date-stamped).
- PWA: shutter, confirm lines, official-pay copy only.
- Legal: we are not a bill-pay agent. Write it on the box.
Days 22–50
- Extract for the two most common bill layouts + prepaid receipt.
- Days-of-light math with an explicit confidence (if we lack days of history, say so).
- Three-action planner with medical/child locks.
Days 51–75
- WhatsApp-to-self low-credit (opt-in).
- One parish desk (credit union or community centre) for “is this real?”
- Field test in Spanish Town and a rural prepaid pocket.
Days 76–90
- Optional J$400 Watch, cash/Lynk to named account, after 4 free weeks.
- Public clone-report number.
